Where Is My Withdrawal?

Why is my withdrawal taking so long?

Due to the high volume of withdrawals we process, we aim to complete all withdrawals within 1–3 hours. In all cases, withdrawals should reach a final resolution within a maximum of 24 hours.

My withdrawal status says Pending. What does that mean?

If your withdrawal shows a status of Pending, it is in our withdrawal queue and will be processed as quickly as possible. No further action is needed from you while it remains pending.

My withdrawal was reversed. What happens next?

If your withdrawal has been reversed, the funds have been returned to your Tilt Rips account balance. You are free to attempt the withdrawal again.

In some cases, there may be an account action required before you can successfully withdraw. If that applies, our team will provide next steps on how to proceed.

I'm getting errors in the cashier when attempting to withdraw

How do I check my withdrawal status?

You can check your withdrawal status in Account Activity under Withdrawals. This section shows all of your past withdrawals and their current status.

My withdrawal says Completed, but I don't see the money yet

Once a withdrawal is marked Completed on Tilt Rips, the funds have been sent. Depending on your withdrawal method, it can take 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or wallet. Processing times may be longer over weekends or bank holidays.

Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?

Yes. If your withdrawal status is still Pending, reach out through our customer support chat and request a cancellation. If the withdrawal is still pending, support will cancel it when possible.

Do I need to be verified to withdraw?

Tilt Rips cannot guarantee that we will be able to recover funds sent to an incorrect account or wallet. Please make sure you are 100% certain that you are withdrawing to the correct destination before confirming your withdrawal.
